Before Smooth Transitions, Deanne spent her career in UX and customer experience leadership, helping organizations understand people and build better experiences for them. It was work she loved but over time, she found herself wanting to bring those same skills somewhere more personal: a business that serves families directly, helping them through life's biggest changes with heart and attention to detail. That's exactly what drew her to Smooth Transitions.
