1: Planning the Move

We plan out every detail of your move so it goes as smoothly as possible.

We help go through every precious item in your house determining what will stay, go to family and friends, possibly sell at an auction or estate sale, or what needs to be responsibly disposed.

We then sit down with you and determine where everything can go in your new home using our specialized software.

We then sort and check every drawer, document, book, pocket and more. We sometimes find things that have been lost or secretly hidden and forgotten for years!

We coordinate specialized movers for items that require extra care, arrange for utilities to be switched, and provide you a timeline of when it all can be done in so the big move and resettlement is done in as little as one day!

Sorting and Planning Downsize of Items

Keep. Disperse. Sell. Donate. Recycle. We will categorize every item in your home and create a plan to handle each category for you.

Document Sort

We will sift through all your documents with care and help you determine what should be kept or securely destroyed.

Price is per utility managed. We may require a signing of a limited power of attorney allowing us to make changes to your utilities on your behalf. Includes the returning of equipment to the service provider when applicable.

Covers all of the behind the scenes work to make your transition as smooth as possible.
